NJP RAILWAY STATION / BAGDOGRA (IXB) AIRPORT - GANGTOK (02 NIGHT) - KALIMPONG (01 NIGHT) - DARJEELING (02 NIGHT) - NJP RAILWAY STATION / (IXB) BAGDOGRA AIRPORT

DAY 01:ARRIVAL NJP RAILWAY STATION / (IXB) BAGDOGRA AIRPORT - GANGTOK

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport, (500Ft / 150Mts) you will be met by our office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (5500 Ft /1677 Mts, 130 Kms / 04 to 05 Hrs). Over night at Hotel.

DAY 02:GANGTOK

After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake - situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 03:GANGTOK - KALIMPONG

Go for a half day sightseeing covering Jhakri Water Falls (04 hrs) along with Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom & Flower Show. Afternoon transfer to Kalimpong (3937 Ft / 1200 Mts, 85 Kms / 03 to 04 Hrs), Check in & over night at Hotel

DAY 04:KALIMPONG - DARJEELING

Today after Breakfast visit Dello hills, Dr. Graham’s Home, Flower Nurseries, Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang and Durbin Dara Hills. Transfer to Darjeeling (7380 Ft / 2250 Mts, 70 Kms / 03 to 04 Hrs), Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 05:DARJEELING

Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts at around 4 AM) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast go for a half-day sight seeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) & Tea Estate. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 06:DARJEELING - NJP RAILWAY STATION / (IXB) BAGDOGRA AIRPORT

After breakfast proceed to NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport (100 Kms / 03 to 04 Hrs), for your onward connection / Journey.

NOTE

• Permit require for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guest should carry 02 copies of pass – port size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing the permit.
• Permit also require for traveling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof.

Darjeeling

• 03 points include Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop (3 hrs trip start at 04:00 a.m. to 7:00a.m)
• 07 points include Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre, Tea Estate (outer view), Ava art Gallery and Japanese temple, Peace Pagoda (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs)

Gangtok

• Full Day include Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok & Hanuman Tok, Ranka Monastery, Banjakhri Falls, Cottage Industry, Dro-dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Flower show and Handicraft Centre. (Timing : 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs)
• Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (Full day trip from 09:00a.m. to 03:00 p.m.)

River Rafting

• Cost: With river side lunch Rs. 650 per pax + vehicle detention charge of Rs.600 for a minimum of 8 paying pax is required. (Nett & non-commissionable)
• The put-in point for rafting on river Teesta starts from Melli and ends at 29th mile approx 10 kms.
• The entire activity takes around 3 hours.
